Pedro Miguel Alves Ribeiro Correia holds a PhD in Social Sciences (Specialty in Public Administration), from the Technical University of Lisbon, has a Degree in Law, from the University of Lisbon Law School, has a Degree in Statistics and Information Management, from the NOVA University Lisbon Information Management School and a Degree in General Studies (with a Major in Juridical Studies and a Minor in Physics), from the University of Lisbon School of Arts and Humanities. He is Invited Associate Professor at the University of Coimbra Faculty of Law, Consultant (by Nomination) at the Portuguese Ministry of Justice (Legislative Policy and Strategic Planning Area) and Foreign Collaborator of the Justice Administration Research Group at the University of Brasília. He published more than 210 articles in specialized scientific peered reviewed journals and 26 works in scientific events annals. He has 4 books and 78 book chapters. He has more than 400 items of technical production and participated in 51 events in Portugal and abroad. He supervised 2 doctoral thesis and co-supervised 2, supervised 20 master's dissertations and he co-supervised 2, supervised 22 works of graduation/bachelor's degree and co-supervised 1. He received 8 awards and/or honors. His main work areas are Social Sciences with an emphasis on Political Sciences, Economics and Management (Public Administration, Public Policy, Interdisciplinary and Law) and Exact Sciences with an emphasis on Mathematics, Computer and Information Sciences (Statistics, Data Analysis and Data Mining).
