Teaching Methods
Tutorial guidance sessions. Sessions in which students present the evolution of their research work to the teachers and classmates. Methodological supervision.
Learning Outcomes
In this curricular unit is expected that students develop skills concerning the scientific research process as well as the written and oral presentation of their work.

Students should choose the subject of the dissertation and prepare the research project. Students should present their research project focusing on one of the proposed themes. It should include the theme, the title, the abstract, the introduction, the research objectives, the methodology to be used as well as the references.
Students should develop the research work, including the phase of data collection and data analysis.
Preparation of the master's degree dissertation.
Presentation and defense of the accomplished work in a public defense of the dissertation.
Taking into account the objectives of this curricular unit, students are supervised and supported by their supervisor regarding the scientific research process required by the work they are developing.
Themes as study design, data collection techniques, data processing techniques, writing of a scientific text, and oral presentation and communication of the study developed by each student are approached and developed

Nevertheless, the student is also encouraged to actively search for relevant and current bibliography on the topic to be developed and on the methods to be used.
