Theoretical classes and activities of research, reading and realization of activities in the theoretical-practical class.
Learning Outcomes
Master a set of contents that allows studennts to understand and frame the scope of intervention and the objectives of sports psychology and mental training;
Understand the contribution that sports psychology and mental training can have in improving individual performance, both in young athletes and in elite athletes;
To acquire theoretical-practical knowledge about specific methods and techniques of this area, which allow planning and intervention individually or colectively with athletes, in order to help them optimize performance and overcome possible mental instability arising from competition and optimization of sports performance.
