Teaching Methods
The course is organized in 15 90-minute sessions of exposition regarding the basic fundamentals of sport training methods. In addition, students experience the methods in a practical setting [athletics track, sports hall, gymnasium]. In addition, they are invited to summarize a critical overview literature according to the physical training factor development.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the semester students are able to: (1) identify the factors of human performance and the determinants of each performance factor, (2) list the evaluation methods to assess physical conditioning status, (3) know the essential of training methods.
