Teaching Methods

The teacher will give lectures about the subjects, which students will then be invited to discuss. Some previous preparation will be required from the students, based on texts and materials placed at their disposal (case law, statutes), in order to participate in the debate thal will take place in seminars.

Learning Outcomes

Students should acquire a comprehensive and critical view of the main issues concerning negotiable instruments, thus becoming able to place and solve any given practical question as well as to conveniently understand legal commands. The law governing negotiable instruments is to be understood as an intrinsic part of private law instead of a alien subject.
