Learning Outcomes

This Course Unit aims at  providing the Students with specific skills on researching, ordinating and contents exposure techniques,  according to the formal and material requirements of investigation and elaboration of  academic works, conferring  acknowledgments on researching, mobilisation, use and selection of bibliographical data, on paper and in digital format, and mechanisms of formal structuring and substantial construction of the exposition fo the investigation accomplished, including argumentative resources and consolidation of critical reflections.

1. Introduction: Scientific investigation in Master Degree in Law Course

2. Relevance of the selection of the dissertation theme

3. Systematic organisation of bibliography

4. Establishment of an investigation  project

5. Elaboration of a dissertation project

6. Selection, treatment, ordering and exposure of contents in text's writing

7. Methodological possibilities of systematic organisation of the dissertation - the relevance of the internal structure

8. Selection of sources, organisation of bibliography, notes and citations

9. Dissertation's presentation: cover, index, formatting

10. Conclusion: critical reflection.
