Introduction;  1 – General Observations;  2. Notion and characteristics of collective labour law; 3. Basic definitions; Cap. – I Freedom of Association (Trade Unions and their organizations; Cap. II – Employers’associations; Cap. III – The Collective Bargaining1. Constitutional and legal recognition of the collective bargaining right; 2. The collective bargaining process; 3. Collective agreements. Cap. IV – Collective labour dispute (strike and lockout). Cap. V – Dispute Settlement Procedures (Conciliation, mediation, arbitration)
