Learning Outcomes

1. Understand different approaches and conceptual and methodological paradigms in the field of socio-educational  mediation

2. Understand the importance of "conflict" in the different approaches and paradigms of  mediation

3. Understand the emergence of  mediation practices in the context of a society in transition

4. Develop, support and implement appropriate proposals and mediation devices to different intervention contexts: school, community and family

5. Know the profile and the different professional's realities of the socio-educational mediator.
