Knowledge of Human Development Theories. Proficiency in English.

Teaching Methods

Reading and critical thinking in class will be valued. Writing assignments in all classes.

Learning Outcomes

Students must learn and recognize Counselling as a specific way of human communication. Perceive and understand human relations on its communication’s distinctiveness. Personal development as core issue on communication between human beings.

Know and recognize concepts and theories on human relations and communication.

Study and develop abilities on counselling. Develop counselling skills on multicultural settings.

Assessment
Evaluation will be a sum of each student’s participation on reading and critical report of papers (10%); Reports about class debates (20%); written paper or plan for an investigation project (70%). Final Exam.: 100.0%
