Learning Outcomes

This uc aims to provide basic knowledge about the Organization, the Psychology of Organizations (PO) and the role and action of the Organizational Psychologist. In the end students should be able to:
- Identify, delimit and critically analyze the specificity of organizational psychology and the role of the psychologist in organizations
- Define organization, indicate its structural elements and some of the most relevant processes
- Identify levels of analysis and intervention and discuss models and approaches about knowledge management, motivation and job satisfaction and communication in organizations.
