Learning Outcomes

Main objectives

 To provide students with:

 - Theoretical knowledge to enable them to understand and analyze the organizational level, the impact they have on the world of work and on their representations, the recent social changes.

 - Solid theoretical knowledge that can justify the intervention of the work and organizations psychologist in the context of the new forms of work and its meaning.

Skills to develop

• To know and to be able to discuss the psychological, organizational and social implications of the new forms of work.

• To know to recognize the importance of justice and motivation in organizations and to be able to propose interventions appropriate to the workplace.

• To be able to consider and analyze the importance of values ​​and social meanings of work in the proposed intervention.

• To learn to discuss the main difficulties and potentialities of diversity management in the workplace.
