General Objectives of the Course

To help the students broaden their professional competence and/or enrich their curriculum in the field of Russian literature, as well as to lead them to critically reflect on the most relevant literary periods of Russia.

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

To acquire basic notions on the development stages of Russian literature from its early years to the present day; to be familiarized with the system of literary genres necessary in order to analyze various texts and works; to use the reference bibliography and online literature as a research tool in order to obtain historical and cultural information about Russia.
