General Objectives of the Course

To enable students to acquire and/or develop communicative skills in Portuguese at different language levels.

Students must do a language test to define their language level.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

Students enrolled in this course are not assessed. In order to obtain a diploma and an attendance certificate they need to attend at least 75% of the classes taught.

Learning Objectives and Intended Skills

Taking as reference the descriptors of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, students should be able to:
Elementary Level (A2): to be able to understand and use vocabulary and structures required to fluent spoken and written communication concerning familiar subjects.
