Students acquire the necessary competencies to plan, implement and evaluate intervention processes in economic, public, health and transport-related organizations. The topics of personnel work, work and organizational design prepare students for activities in these professional fields through scientifically based basic knowledge and ensure transferability to practical examples. The topics of manmachine, ergonomics, health and mobility illustrate the close interconnection of psychological knowledge with interdisciplinary fields of activity in technology, health and transportation. Reporting and presentation skills are trained.
