Learning Outcomes
-Acquiring a methodical-applicative design regarding the terminology, principles, working methods and exercises used in the various fitness programs, outdoor activities and teambuilding adapted to the age and motor availability of the beneficiaries
-Practical and methodical learning to use specific activities such as cardio-respiratory, muscular endurance, flexibility, breathing and relaxation;
-Design and planning of specific contents according to motor availability, functional capacity and biological efficiency of the beneficiaries
-Formation of a baggage of practical-methodical knowledge regarding the creative and adapted application of work programs to various conditions and particular situations;
-Knowledge of methods for assessing motor potential, level of physical development and functional capacity of the body.
