Learning Outcomes
The students learn with the module: Fundamentals of work, industrial and organizational psychology; theories, concepts and studies from organizational work life, as well as their critical interpretation; analysis of organizational processes and their significance and impact in social and economic life; transfer of theoretical basic knowledge into application examples for intervention in work and organizational life; research and presentation of scientific findings in written and oral form before scientific and organizational committees; interactions and synergies from work design, organization, leisure, mobility, family and health are clarified.

Course convey the following contents in outline: Corporate culture, historical development. Workload, stress and mobbing, work analysis test procedures, risk behavior, errors and mistakes. Professional ethics, professional legal framework in laws, research and practice, work analysis procedures, work design. Human-machine interaction/ergonomics. Safety and health. Work motivation and job satisfaction. Work values and attitudes. Leadership and control, quality and productivity. Personnel diagnosis, selection and development, personnel testing.
Teamwork and team development, working time, remuneration, evaluation. Organizational models, diagnosis, development.
Unemployment, new forms of work, the future of work. Mobility, transport and traffic, work/leisure/family.
