Knowledge:
- The relationship between lifestyle habits and health;
- The etiology and pathophysiology of chronic diseases of cardiovascular (hypertension, dyslipidemia), cellular (cancer) or metabolic (diabetes) origin, as well as the acute and chronic responses to exercise of patients affected by these diseases, and the modalities for prescribing physical activity;
- General principles of behavior change coaching.


Understanding
- Understand and summarize a consensus position, identify its practical implications;
- Understand and present a scientific article to the rest of the class.


Application
- Select and reinvest knowledge and skills useful in developing an individual action plan and solving associated problems. 


Analysis
- Analyze the lifestyle and psycho-sociological profile of a person affected by one or more chronic diseases.
