Teaching Methods
Between September and December, students are given a list of topics proposed by teachers in collaboration with companies in the sector by plastics companies. The proposed terms will always have defined a co-supervisor in the company. The work also requires a bibliographic research, reading and study of the bibliography, under the guidance of the supervisor(s).
Learning Outcomes
The objective of the interneship is to carry out work of a technical-scientific nature, of an innovative nature, in the field of Plastics and Sustainability. It involves writing a thesis, with technical-scientific rigor, which will be prepared in public exams at the end of the semester.
The theme, content and organization of the thesis will be defined under the supervised supervision(s) of the Internship. The Internship is supervised by at least one UC professor and is accompanied by a person in charge of the company where the internship takes place. The subject of the internship must be inserted in the thematic area, with the scope of theoretical and theoretical foundations, or experimental and developed, allowing the development of the following skills: Ability to manage information. Ability to organize and plan. Capacity for analysis and synthesis. Critical capacity. Ability to investigate. Autonomous Learning Ability and Oral and Written Communication.
