Teaching Methods

The classes will take place in the classroom. Expositive component, as well as analysis and discussion of texts and materials previously provided, some of which will be presented by the students.

Learning Outcomes

The course aims to illustrate the architecture of the Italian language and the many varieties of contemporary Italian, with particular reference to sectoral languages and the diaphasic variation in written Italian. Through exercises of analysis, rewriting and synthesis, students will be invited to reflect on the different communication strategies, to consolidate the awareness of their linguistic choices and the mastery of styles.

Recognition of different text types, comprehension and text analysis. Introduction to the grammatical and stylistic reading of text. Mastery of writing and communicative skills.
