Lectures with dialogues, group work (case analysis), mediators' testimony, privileging the sharing of experiences by intercultural and family mediators

1. Understand different approaches and conceptual and methodological paradigms in the field of social and community educational  mediation

2. Understand the importance of "conflict" in the different approaches and paradigms of  mediation

3. Understand the emergence of  mediation practices in the context of a society in transition

4. Analisar criticamente projetos e práticas de mediação intercultural

5. Develop, support and implement appropriate proposals and mediation devices to intercultural and family mediation

6. Know the profile and the different professional's realities of the intercultural and family mediator.
