Project in Social Education, Development and Local Dynamics

Recommended Prerequisites

Curricular Units of the 1st year of the course, specifically that of Scientific Research Methodologies and Project Seminar.

Teaching Methods

This course works on a tutorial basis by the supervisor of each project, in close collaboration with all the academic staff of the course, through the Project's Orientation and Monitoring Seminar. The student could also have a project supervisor at the place where the internship happens.

Learning Outcomes

The 2nd year of the Master's degree can be carried out through one of the following training modalities: internship of professional nature; project work of professional intervention and dissertation of scientific nature.

The project work is suitable for practising professionals and is carried out in articulation with the organizational environment where they work. Although individual, the project developed can integrate another, collective and more comprehensive provided that it is possible to isolate the individual contribution of the student.

It is intended to develop specific skills in project design, implementation, management and evaluation, as well as research and writing reports of intervention activities, which is done through the tutorial orientation of the Project's Orientation and Monitoring Seminar.

The evaluation of the internship report is that provided for in the regulations of Masters in Social Education, Development and Local Dynamics : 100.0%
