Curricular Units of the 1st year of the course, specifically that of Scientific Research Methodologies and Project Seminar.
Teaching Methods
This curricular unit is fundamentally a work of orientation and tutorial follow-up of the masters students throughout the development of the project and writing of the report, being carried out under the scientific supervision of master's academic staff. Performed in b-learning, with online sessions and other fae-to-face's group format.
Learning Outcomes
The main objective of this UC is to monitor students in the development of skills that are intrinsically associated with the activities and contexts of the projects. Each student, in the specific thematic areas of the project, will be able to:
- Define the phases for the development of an intervention project; diagnosis, planning, application and evaluation;
- Apply research skills to the different stages of evaluation of a project
- Analyze intervention and research projects in social education, development and local dynamics
- Develop strategic, operational, evaluation, communication and sustainability plans
- Use written and oral communication techniques of projects

- Phases for the development of an intervention project; diagnosis, planning, application and evaluation;
- Steps for the development of research projects; literature review, methodology, presentation and discussion of results;
- Strategic and operational plans of projects
- Project evaluation plans
- Communication and project marketing plans
- Project sustainability plans
- Project reports: useful formats and tools
- Public presentation of projects: strategies, resources and key competencies
