1. Concept and foundations of mindfulness: secular origins; philosophical, ethical, epistemological and scientific approach.

2. Fundamentals of mindfulness practice: attitudinal pillars and values; modalities and strategies of formal practice

3. Mindfulness as a promoter of well-being: models and intervention programs

4. Mindfulness in educational contexts: mindfulness and integral education; programs in an educational context.
