2. To know some epistemological foundations and theoretical models of mindfulness approaches.
3. To reveal competence in mobilizing attitudinal pillars and mindfulness strategies.
4. To know the main formal intervention programs in the field of education and well-being.

2. Fundamentals of mindfulness practice: attitudinal pillars and values; modalities and strategies of formal practice
3. Mindfulness as a promoter of well-being: models and intervention programs
4. Mindfulness in educational contexts: mindfulness and integral education; programs in an educational context.
