Lectures; seminar with invited specialists, group work, critical analysis, discussion and students'presentation of texts and practical problems; practical activities.

Learning Outcomes

After completing the curricular unit, students should be able to:

- understand, discuss and use theoretical approaches from different areas in psychology in the critical analysis of current societal problems;

- master new ideas emerging in psychology and integrate knowledge from different areas in the discipline for analysing and understanding new problems that individuals and societies are facing currently;

- based on a deep psychology knowledge, use these knowledge as tools for the evaluation of practical situations and for the promotion of research projects contributing for the solution of the problems at stake.
