Learning Outcomes

The skills development programmes value the personality of the students, namely: punctuality (1); goal management (2), the ability to collaborate in a team (3) and the communication ability (4), are important facets of a personality that is well aligned with the demands of the labour market. As employment conditions become more difficult, potential recruiters look for personal attributes such as attitudes (5) and values (6). Soft skills training provides students with a strong practical orientation and helps them build and improve their skills in communication (7), teamwork and negotiation (8), effective use of business English (9), entrepreneurship and creativity (10), design thinking (11), emotional intelligence (12), and the use of management software (13).
