To understand the dynamics of supply chains with special focus on supply chain' design and the development of operations, sustainability and logistics strategies to become them more competitive.

Understand the importance of supply chains as the most important player to contribute to companies' competitiveness.

Explore a set of methods, tools and theories to become supply chains more efficient, resilient, sustainable and competitive.

Identify the incoterms more suitable to be used in international trade according to the trade agreements.
