Teaching Methods
Teaching methodology: theoretical-practical classes. Each class is dedicated to a specific topic, so, after a theoretical presentation by the teacher, students are invited to discuss some specific issues, mainly related to the present. Some classes are still reserved for solving practical cases.
Learning Outcomes
The curricular unit aims to enable the student to study and practice Administrative Law in the European context. On the one hand, the student must be able to master the conceptology and practical application of the phenomena of globalization, privatization, citizen participation and new global and European (fiscal) responsibilities, and their reflections on European Union. On the other hand, with the conclusion of the curricular unit, the student should be able to find solutions to disputes involving issues of European Administrative Law.
