Health systems organization. Public, private and social suply of health care wqithin the different healt care systems.Competion and complementarity between sectors. Models of health care financing and health care suply. Origin,organization and technical and scientific basis of health technology assessment bodies. Phases of health technologyassessment. Choices and decisions about diferent options. Transparency and acountability. Added therapeutic value,economic evaluation and budget impact analysis. HTA reference bodies and agencies: british, scotish and french. Theeuropean network of HTA: organization, operation and harmanization of assemssent methdologies.
