Teaching Methods
Reading articles and other scientific literature and carrying out research work leading to the elaboration of the thesis under the guidance of the supervisor. The early dissemination of the results obtained through the writing and submission of articles for publication in international journals with peer review, the participation and presentation of papers in international conferences with peer review, the participation and presentation of research work in others Scientific events are strongly encouraged.
Learning Outcomes
To train researchers in the field of engineering and Industrial Management, with high scientific qualification and with the capacity to develop research work independently, geared both to the academic and to the business environment. It is intended that the student demonstrates: Ability to systematic understanding in the field of Engineering and Industrial Management; Ability to critically analyze and evaluate and synthesize new and complex ideas; Ability to use appropriate research methods to solve problems in the field of EGI, respecting legal requirements and high ethical standards and academic quality and integrity; Ability to carry out research work that contributes to the expansion of the frontiers of knowledge and that deserve to be disseminated in scientific publications; Ability to communicate with peers, the rest of the academic community and society in general about the area in which they specialize.
