Teaching Methods

The teaching methods are focused, on the one hand, on tutorial sessions by FEUC's internship supervisor, with regular meetings and a work plan to write the final Internship Report and, on the other hand, on the daily supervision, management and support provided by the institution's intership advisor.

- Aquire professional skills in the area of International Relations

- Confront the knowledge aquired with the reality of the professional context in which is working

- Critically analyse the relation between theory and praxis applied to the issue within which the internship is developed

- Develop skills of critical analysis, synthesis and argument, as well as oral and written presentation.

Syllabus

1. Preparation

Identification of the instituion where the internship will take place and associated professional and scientific justification (literature review, suitability of the institution, pertinence of the internship's work programme).

2. Implementation

Doing the 12 week-internship.

Gathering of relevant information.

3. Analysis

Systematization of the information gathered.

Critical analysis of the information collected.

4. Report

Writing the Internship Report.
