Teaching Methods
The teaching methodologies are active and students are required to use the computers to implement the cost-effectiveness analysis models.
This course has a mixed assessment consisting of the preparation of an applied work (50%) and a final exam (50%).
Learning Outcomes
- To provide an overview of applied methods for conducting cost-effectiveness analyses on health care interventions.
- To give participants ‘hands on’ experience through the use of computer based exercises with patient level data.
