Corporate Finance

Recommended Prerequisites

Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Mathematics at the 9th grade level.

Teaching Methods

Theoretical exposition, followed by the resolution of practical cases. 

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course, students will be able to: use accounting information in the financial information subsystem; know the main financial indicators: analyze the company's financial balance; understand the concepts of cash flow and the value of money in time; apply the main investment evaluation methodologies.
