Classes are based on carrying out tasks and activities, with students having an active role, participating and interacting with colleagues and the teacher.

Learning Outcomes
Students will expand and reinforce their oral and written skills in Japanese. They will also gain a deeper understanding of Japanese culture in the world context, based on the didactic materials made available by the instructor.

1. Japanese Language: Following teaching and learning in Japanese Language and Culture I and II, students will learn everyday communication and will acquire the ability to speak about simple subjects in Japanese as well as their family, work and city. Students will learn more Kanji characters; reading and interpreting short articles; written composition with a wider vocabulary. In Grammar, we will deepen the study of particles, verbs and their forms of conjugation, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, etc.
2. Japanese Culture: Continuation to Japanese Language and Culture I, II. Introduction to traditional Japanese culture and comparison with current trends among younger generations regarding household chores, season appreciation, city aspects, and going out with friends. Brief overview of Japan Geography and History.
