Teaching Methods
Each student will be tutored specifically by one of the instructors of the curricular unit, and the learning is done in tutorial format. The tutor will be an expert in the project to be developed. The coordinating instructor will be in constant communication with the tutor and the student. At the end of the project, the student must present a scientific poster and a report in the form of a scientific article. The evaluation will be pass/fail.
Learning Outcomes
Hands-on experience with all the steps of research in Cognitive Neuroscience, with the exception of experimental design and data collection. In this curricular unit students will learn to carry out experiences in cognitive neuroscience, from data preparation, to dissemination of the results, through programming and data analysis.

Preparation and development of a basic Cognitive Neuroscience research project (on data a experiments already finished from those performed in the lab) including data pre-processing, data analysis, understanding and discussion of results, and preparation of a poster and scientific report/paper.
