Each class will have a subject exposition and students are encouraged to prepare and present the advanced assessment to be carried out.

Learning Outcomes

This curricular unit aims to familiarize students with the concrete issues of planning and urban management. It provides advanced skills in the elaboration, appreciation and execution of Municipal Spatial Planning Plans. Performs an update of the current international rules and tests the application in existing plans and in new plans.

Encourages students' ability to propose advanced solutions that promote sustainable cities.

1. Framework: territory, international laws and local laws.

2. Urbanization plans and projects.

3.4.5.6 Evaluation of an Urbanization Project in its economic, social, environmental and institutional sustainability, considering not only the laws and regulations in force at the site but also the strategic guidelines at the international level.

7. Presentation of the evaluation carried out.
