Teaching Methods

Content problematic exposition, exploration of themes based on recommended and accompanied reading, and discussion of examples, with the consequent presentation and discussion of written works as a basis for critical debate and reflection. 

Learning Outcomes

It is globally intended to provide trainees with an overview of the intersections that the “Digital Intelligence” and “Law” poles allow to combine, with critical reflections on the challenges of artificial intelligence in several dogmatic areas of law.

Skills to be developed by the student / trainee: acknowledgement and mobilization of different legal regimes to solve specific problems.
