Learning Outcomes

At the end of this curricular unit, students should be able:

- To know and recognise the specificity of the intervention of the work and organizational psychologist within Human Resource Management;

- to develop competencies of analytical and psychological intervention in the field of Human Resource Management;

- To now how to use techniques and tools of Human Resource Management;

- To develop a set of core competencies to carry out the internship and to fulfil the duties of a psychologist in organizations.
