Learning Outcomes
Teaching objectives:
- To know and understand the contexts of crisis intervention;
- To know and understand the processes of trauma and bereavement;
- To promote the acquisition of knowledge about models, strategies and resources for intervention in crisis, trauma and bereavement;
- Promote the development of basic skills in crisis intervention, trauma and bereavement.
By the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Be able to understand the processes of trauma and bereavement;
- Be able to understand the crisis intervention protocol;
- Be able to understand and apply some fundamental lines of intervention in trauma and bereavement;
- Identify the potential and limits of interventions.
