Teaching Methods

The classes are divided into different modules, autonomous and with specific ECTS, in which teachers attempt to articulate a systematic but synthetic presentation of the methods and techniques with a practical application, by performing small practical exercises. Students must choose a combination of modules that sum the 7,5 ECTS of the curricular unit.

Learning Outcomes

The curricular unit of Laboratory of Research Methods II gives continuity to the curricular unit of Laboratory of Research Methods II and aims to provide methodological and technical research tools to students, providing them with the skills necessary to develop research processes in the Social Sciences. First, it is intended to identify key issues and factors to consider in developing a research project and, on the other hand, present different techniques for collecting and processing information.

The students should be able to design the methodologcal approach of an individual research project, identifying the appropriate methods and the techniques to meet the proposed objectives.

The unit offers a flexible structure in terms of learning content, enabling students to choose the subjects they wish to work and develop among several modules, on the basis of previously acquired knowledge and its objectives in terms of future research projects.
