Learning Outcomes
Luso-Brazilian Constitutional Law II is a curricular unit to be taught in the 2nd semester of the 1st year. Facing students who are interested in a comparative law perspective, but who do not yet have a depth knowledge of Constitutional Law, their main objectives are the organization of power within the framework of the Portuguese and Brazilian constitutions (Part I) and the increasing importance of constitutional justice within the two systems (Part II).
