The "fundamental norms" of the 2015 Code of Civil Procedure:

1. The dversarial principle and the prohibition of "surprise decisions"

2. The reasonable duration principle

3. The principle of equality of arms

4. The principle of efficiency

5. The principle of procedural good faith

6. The principle of legal, conventional and judicial adequacy

7. The principle of cooperation

8. The principle of judgment on the merits.
