Recommended Prerequisites

Students must have passed all curricular units of the first academic year and have their thesis project approved by an impartial panel. 

Teaching Methods

Compulsory research internship in a partner institution - national or foreign - with a minimum duration of 15 days and under the supervision of a researcher/professor or expert of the host institution, who will ensure the conditions for implementing the work plan. The supervisors, together with the professors of the curricular unit and the coordinators of the doctoral programme, must support the students in choosing the partner institution, in carrying out the hosting and, whenever possible, in obtaining financial support.

Start the execution of the doctoral plan

Specific Objectives:

1. Provide a first contact with the research field (bibliographic, documental and/or empirical)

2. Ensure that the students have a real experience of research for the doctoral thesis

3. Put students in contact with specialists (academics or experts).
