Teaching Methods

During the classes the debate of the individual work developed by the doctoral students will be promoted. Given the multifaceted characteristic of the topics to be addressed, a critical appreciation of these works is expected from all doctoral candidates.

Learning Outcomes

The objective of this course is to deepen the knowledge of empirical studies related to the research topic of each student. Students are expected to acquire skills that enable them to undertake a critical analysis of the methodological alternatives to be used in the development of their thesis. They should also improve their writing and scientific communication skills in order to increase the likelihood of publication of thesis results.

This curricular unit his a research seminar, where each doctoral student critically analyzes, presents and discusses with their colleagues, based on the most recent literature, the theoretical and empirical answers to a relevant research question or research problem in the field of management.
