Teaching Methods

The theoretical sessions have a expostory format and are focused on a main theme. The theoretical pratical sessions are related to the teaching and representation of training models. During the semester the student will participate in superved real teaching pratice observation sessions, pratical studies-skating classes, in parallel with the training process and competition in a roller hockey team in the region.

Learning Outcomes

The program aims to further the the assumptions of professional intervention in modality sports, including the teaching of roller hockey game.

At the end of the semester students should: a) demonstrate high ability to interpret technical models of stroke, recognizing deviations, formulating appropriate strategies to solve the technical errors, b) know and apply the teaching swimming programs to diverse populations and ages.

Syllabus

The theoretical program includes:a. Game teaching methodologies; b. Identification of the game through terminology and symbology; c. Methodological principles of the training process; d. Methodology of collective and individual tactical training; e. Individual and group tactics; f. Contra attack and rapid attack. The practical component in training situation involves the observation and analysis of the training process in the club.
