To handle general knowledge about the organization of the Portuguese educational system at macro and meso level.
Teaching Methods
A broad array of pedagogical methods and techniques are used, with privilege of oral exposition, the use of socratic dialogue and individual and group analysis of cases and texts presented and critically debated.
Learning Outcomes
Identify and analyze critically political and social factors to explain organizational structure and dynamics.
Understand organizational variables influence on professional work.
Understand theories and models of school organization.
Understand school organization as a system of social actors' behaviors.
