Education sessions in group with tutorial kind of personal guidance in practical classes, fieldwork inserted in specific tasks carried out in practical classes.
Learning Outcomes
The discipline aims to promote interest and knowledge by physical activity performed in aquatic environment.
In terms of general objectives, the student should:
1. Master a set of contents that allow them to understand and fit the scope of intervention and the objectives of aquafitness;
2. Acquiring and mastering the basic elements of aquafitness, as well as the different velocities of execution of them;
3. Acquire theoretical-practical knowledge about the teaching-learning process, teaching methodology and intervention techniques in class.
