Teaching Methods

Theoretical classes will serve to present and analyze concrete examples of the licensing and design phases of execution and terms of reference.

Students must choose a specific project and produce the necessary parts for the respective phases studied.

Learning Outcomes

This discipline intends, through concrete examples, to present the technical procedures necessary for the preparation of design development phase and the organization of construction documents.

The student should be able to organize and elaborate the constituent parts of this phases, according to the chosen case study.

Using examples that will allow the student to understand the legislation and spatial planning instruments involved in a design development phase.

Construction documents's presentation and framing, respective specifications, measurement and quantity maps, in order to the student can identify the structure that defines them.
