Teaching Methods
Mentoring to define the medical instrumentation control problem, addressing relevant research directions.
Instrumentation projects in the framework of the activities of the Department of Physics of the University of Coimbra research centers or the IBILI-Faculty of Medicine.
Sessions dedicated to analysis of recent scientific papers, being required that the PhD student presents, critically, his opinion on the topics discussed.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, the student should be able to design and implement medical instrumentation for the area/medical specialty correponding to the syllabus module that he has chosen.
