Teaching Methods
Theoretical-practical classes, alternating the theoretical exposition, with the joint and critical analysis of governance models in the field of Public Administration and, in a second moment, of governance models of public higher education institutions.
Learning Outcomes
The objective of this course is to train students who are able to:
a) Understand the dynamics inherent to the role of the State in the stages of Public Administration Reform.
b) Identify the models that support the Reform, with special focus on the Public Higher Education System.
c) Identify the critical dimensions for the functioning of Public Higher Education Institutions from the various pre-existing models.
