Civil and criminal law, knowledge of foreign languages is recommended.
Teaching Methods
In the seminars, the presentation and discussion of national and foreign case law will be held along with a critical and doctrinal discussion on the legal regime applicable. Students will be encouraged to develop autonomous, in-depth scientific research, and they are expected to be acquainted with the Faculty of Law library resources and databases.
Learning Outcomes
Students are expected to gain a good grasp on the national sources on medical liability, especially in civil law, as a means of knowing about the doctrine and the case law in the matter. They must also get acquainted with the relevant bibliography on comparative law, and be able to master the research tools necessary for in-depth legal research work.
